Ergonomics is the study of how a person uses their workspace or equipment. Some bad habits I repeat are slouching in my chair and not having my arms in the right position. I think our workstations are ergonomically sound. Everything in the room is where the video said it should be. People should sit all the way back in their chair. Their arms should be parrallell to the floor. Thier head should be level with the moniter with their eyes slightly down.
