All Gassed Up

Gas Station Business 101 - Why Buy A Gas Station? | Gas Station Business 101
I sat still in the living room as my parents talked in the kitchen. I knew it was about me. They'd just bailed me out of jail after my friends and I broke into a gas station. We didn't rob the place or anything, it no one asked us why we did it, but we did it for a reason you might not expect. My friends and I were after something hidden in the back of the store, and it isn't stealing if the person did know it was there and didn't own it. It was hidden under the floorboards in the back and we easily found it. An old talisman was what we found, and it looked just like the book described. We were about to leave to go find the next item the book talked of when cops suddenly showed up. They saw us outside the gas station that had clearly been broken into and "stolen" property in our hands. We tried to explain how the talisman belonged to me and needed it to save the world, but they didn't care.

The Man With Bad Grammar

He sat next to me. A constant reminder of why we have CA in school. He was writing a blog post just as I was, and he capitalized Friday in he middle of his sentence like he should, but he didn't capitalize the first word in that sentence. He didn't use punctuation right, commas where they shouldn't be and no commas where they should, and he misused periods. His name... was Toby Reimler, and he was the Man With... Bad Grammar. Yeah, maybe that was bad grammar too, but this isn't about me so keep it to yourself, I know I used two ...'s in a sentence, get over yourself.

The Big Bad Wolf

Original Picture
It was cold. The wind blew across the figures face's, kicking up the dusty snow and throwing it on their clothes like it was insulting them. Still, the three walked on.
"This is pointless!" Bruin argued." The girl dissipated days ago, she'd be dead by now. We should stop looking."
"We go until we find her, Bruin," Diana scolded him. Diana, leader of this small search party, had been wrestling with Bruin to keep him going. They were looking for a small girl, known around their small village by her signature red coat. She had been walking to her grandmother's house, and had never made it. That was four days ago, and Diana began to do doubt that they would find the girl, let alone alive.
"He has a point, Diana," Nathan said, trudging through the snow."It's been four days, if she didn't freeze she was eaten by... well you know." Diana did know, and that's what made her shiver, not the cold. Suddenly, heavy breathing and the sound of something big crashing through snow surrounded the group. Diana's honed hearing recognized the sound instantly.
"Wolves!" she shouted, and the group drew their swords simultaneously. They were on a forest path, and they could hear multiple creatures crash about. This weren't you're average day wolves, Nathan realized with horror.
"Beowolves," Nathan whispered. His friend shot him glance, their faces grim. Beowolves were not a rare occurrence, but not a common one either. The village the three hailed from had heard multiple unfounded reports of these creatures, and many believed that the lost girl had fallen victim to these creatures. They were like wolves, but stood at tall as a man on all fours, and they liked to stand up right. The three were slowly surrounded, and before they knew it, five Beowolves surrounded them. Then, one more came out from the trees. He was twice the size of any others around him, and more vicious too. But that's not what any of them focused on. What they focused on was the red coat that fabric that was in the creatures teeth. This one had attacked the little Red Riddinghood as she made her way to her grandmother's house. And then, it attacked them.
